From the Admin Dashboard, click on Administration and select Practitioner Directory.

Select the practitioner.

Scroll down and click Choose File and find the image in your folders. 

Crop the image by clicking and dragging your mouse to create a square frame. Once you are happy with the picture, press Save Changes.
