Log into the Parent Portal and click Children in the left corner menu 

You should a thumbnail for all your children. Click on them and you will access their development journal. 

If there is a lock on one of the thumbnails, this means you have not passed the security checks for this child.

To do this click on the thumbnail and enter your child's date of birth and the parent passphrase given to you by the setting.

Click Verify.

If you see this message at the bottom of the screen, please check you have the correct date of birth and parent passphrase from the setting.

Note: You might have to log out and in again, to access this child's learning journal.
