If you have received this error message;
Please click Go back to login and click Forgotten your password?
Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
You will receive an email with a link, click on the link and you will be asked to create a password for the Parent Portal.
On entering the Parent Portal you will have to pass two security checks, by entering;
your child’s Date of Birth,
the Parent Passphrase, given to you by the setting.
Upon clicking Verify, you will have the opportunity to enter any additional information related to your child on this screen;
This information will update on the child's profile page at the setting too.
