Instructions

Create a weekly activity plan, using the observation function in Kinderly Together. You can create a plan for all your children in one go, then customise individually.

Start with creating a new observation.

Adding one or multiple children

Click Add Children and select the relevant child(ren)

Once the children have been added, click Show Only Selected Children.

Adding detail to the Plan

Context - the plan title, for example Weekly Activity Bulletin w/c 20th April
Date - can be changed if required
Time - can be changed if required
Observation - enter details about the activities you have planned for the children.

Adding Kinderly content

Select the relevant Weekly Activity Bulletin from the dropdown.

Each WAB you select, is added to the Observation box.

Adding media

Upload a photo and/or video if you wish.

Note: Clicking Save will create an individual plan for each child, for you to personalise.

Customising the plan and adding Next Steps

Click on a plan to update the description and add statements as Next Steps.

Find the statements relevant to your plan and select them as a Next Step.

In this example, I have searched for the word task, this displays all statements containing the word task.

Once you have added the Next Steps, click Finish at the bottom of the screen.

You will return to the front page of the plan, where you can either;

Save - a draft to finish later, or
Save & Authorise
- to complete and update the Parent Portal.

What the Parent sees

The parent will see the plan in the Parent Portal and clicking the link will open the PDF in a new tab.

They can also start a conversation with you directly from the plan.

When the parent clicks Post, a notification appears on your Admin Dashboard, so you can see what they wrote and reply back.
