What to do if you have a typo in the recipients name and/or email address

From the left-hand menu, under Management select Recipients.

If the recipient's status is red Not Set-up, click the edit button on the right to access their profile.

Simply update the fields, click Update. Don't forget to click Send Invite, which will then send out an invitation email to set-up their account.

Note: If the recipient status is yellow Children Unverified or green Set-up complete, it means you will not be able to make any changes, as they have already set-up their DigiDocs account. In this scenario, the parent is able to update their name via their own profile settings.
