From the child's profile page, click the tab Reports.

Click Create Transition Report.

The child's current age group will already be ticked, however, you can tick as many groups as you require.

The following is what you will see on the downloaded report.

In the example above, you can see 2 statements are marked as Developing (orange), 1 as Emerging (red) and 1 as Secure (green).
