From the Admin Dashboard, expand Early Years and select Daily Diaries.
Expand the relevant child's diary, then the 'What else...' section. For detailed information click the + next to Toilet Times or for summarising use the Nappy Changes section, or use both, the choice is yours.
You can add multiple entries by clicking the + again and delete an entry by clicking the red x. The diary will autosave every few seconds.
