If you are having trouble with the child selector dropdown, while creating a draft document in DigiDocs, there might be an issue with an already created child.

You can troubleshoot this via the Recipients section.

From the left-hand menu, under Management select Recipients.

Click the Edit button for each of your Recipients, to access their profile and find the troublesome child entry.

What you are looking for is a child with either no name or 'Invalid date' in place of a date of birth.

If there are no Active documents for this child. Simply click the X and delete the child.

However, if there are Active documents for this child, you can update their info by clicking the Edit button.

Once done, go back to the Dashboard, refresh the browser page and you should now be able to use the child selector in a draft document.
