To use an existing document as a basis for a new document, you can use the duplicate feature below to do this.
How to duplicate a document
Go to the 'Completed' section on DigiDocs.
Locate the document in question.
Click on the 3 dots and choose the option 'Duplicate'.
On the popup message confirm your choice by choosing 'Yes, duplicate.'
This will create and open a new document that is the exact replica of the original.

โNB: It is important to go through this duplicated document and update the fields as required.
eg. Child's name if it is repeated for a sibling, fee's if these have changed since the original, hours if these have changed, recipient name/s etc.
