From the Admin Dashboard, expand Early Years and select Cohort Tracker.
The Cohort Tracker is a summative report of all your children’s current stage of development.
The tracker enables Childcare Practitioners / Setting Managers to look at their setting as a whole; note areas where a child is progressing well, identify any areas where progress is less than expected and implement appropriate measures.
Each child’s current stage of development is taken from their EYFS Summary Table and exported to an Excel file as an accessible report, that can be saved and/or printed.
Note: If you have created no observations for a child, that child will not appear on the tracker.
