When a parent is viewing an observation on the Parent Portal, they can post a comment at the bottom of the observation.
Practitioner
You will see a notification on your dashboard, like an inbox.
You can reply by clicking the link to the observation, enter a comment and click Save.
This will then create a notification within the Parent Portal.
The comments will now be forever saved below that observation.
You can clear read notifications by clicking Clear.
