What is a workspace?

The access to the system for a nonprofit organization is known as a workspace. If you create an account, you'll have your own portal where you can manage your donors, create fundraising sites, track transactions, and more.

Kindest offers two subscriptions: Free and Pro (on tiered pricing). The Fundraising Essentials (free) plan includes all the basic elements to get your online fundraising campaign up and running. The Pro plans include all the features of the free plan, as well as a few extras. It takes your fundraising to the next level by giving you powerful capabilities that make online fundraising and marketing a breeze.

What is a donor's portal?

Kindest provides a separate interface for donors to manage their donations (change payment information, stop recurring donations, and so on). It's a password-free system, which means that every time a donor needs to log in, they'll receive an email with a secure link that will expire after 24 hours.
