Accessing the All Trips Table
Navigate to the All Trips section using the left-hand navigation bar.
Select individual trips by checking the box next to each row, or use the checkbox in the header row to select all visible trips at once.
Bulk Assigning Trips
Click the Select Action dropdown in the top right corner and choose Bulk Assign.
A pop-up window will appear asking you to choose a Transportation Provider.
Select the desired provider from the dropdown menu.
If any selected trips are ineligible, the system will notify you. These trips will be excluded from the action.
Click Confirm to assign the trips.
All changes are logged in the Activity Log for each trip.
Tip: Use filters in the All Trips view to narrow down to the exact set of trips you want to assign.
Bulk Editing Other Fields
Click the Select Action dropdown and choose Bulk Edit.
In the pop-up, click the Select a Field dropdown to choose the field you want to edit (e.g., Appointment Reason).
Enter the new value.
Click Update.
A confirmation screen will appear, prompting you to verify the changes before they are applied.
Use Bulk Editing and Bulk Assignment together to streamline workflows and save time when managing large volumes of trips.
