Tools can be created by HR Managers in People by Wagepoint and shared with new hires on their onboarding page. They are links that new hires will need to visit commonly-- like payroll, health care, and communication tools.
To add a tool select tools from the side navigation and click Add Tool at the top right of the page.
Next, fill in the details of the tool including the tool name, description, login URL, and tool avatar. Finally, click Add Tool.
Tools are able to be added to new hire onboarding pages. Tools are not visible by employees unless they have an onboarding page with tools added.
