Employee Objectives

Set and keep track of progress of employee objectives.

An employee can create and edit objectives in People by Wagepoint. In addition, their Manager and any HR Managers are able to create and edit objectives on behalf of the employee. 

To create, edit, and manage objectives click the Objectives navigation within each employee's profile.

Note that objectives marked as in-progress will automatically populate in an employee's review once created.

As an employee works toward their objective, they can leave Progress Notes sharing how the objective is coming along and if they’re running into any roadblocks. The employee’s assigned Manager will receive notification of the update and can leave a note themselves. These notes are a good way to track the history of the objective’s completion and are super useful during an employee’s review.
