Need to update your credit card expiration date, or your billing address? It's easy to do right from your People by Wagepoint account!
If you're an HR Manager or the Account Owner, view your billing information by logging into your People by Wagepoint account and click the Settings navigation. From there, you'll see the Billing & Payments screen. Click "update" in the Billing Settings section next to Payment Details to access your credit card information.
Next, a screen will appear on the right hand side. Enter your new billing information and click "Update."
From the Billing and Payments screen, you can update your credit card info, see and change your billing plan, and view your payment history.
