An HR Manager or Account Owner can view all tasks in the system

As an HR Manager or Account Owner in People by Wagepoint, you're able to manage tasks globally. Tasks include any forms that require a signature, onboarding tasks, time-off requests, and reviews. 

From the company view, click Tasks from the left side navigation. Here you can see all tasks, and active or completed tasks. You can also sort by employee, and the type of task. 

Click each task to be brought to that specific item. 

To add a task, select task under the plus sign in the top right hand corner from any page. Or, click + Task from the task section.

From here, you can assign your task and choose who it is regarding (optional), and enter a description. Your description can include instructions for the task and any additional information, such as links to external documents or websites. Then, you can check the box to send a notification to your employee. Finally, click Save Task to complete.
