To use the date chooser in People by Wagepoint for start dates, birthdays, etc., click the date box to open the calendar. You can scroll through the months on the calendar and select your date. 

To see other months, click the name of the month to open the month chooser. Click the month to re-open the calendar.

To choose a different year click the year, and scroll through so you can see additional years. Choose the year that you need.
