You'll soon receive an email asking you to sign into a service called People by Wagepoint, which we’re using to stay engaged and efficient as a workplace.
Once we’re up and running with it, People by Wagepoint will be where:
We manage time off balances and requests. You can sign into People by Wagepoint at any time to review your balances, and your requests will be routed to your manager for approval automatically.
We complete, sign, and store our employment documents online. Using People by Wagepoint enables us to make paperwork accessible at any time from any place.
We stay aligned as coworkers. We’ll use People by Wagepoint for employee feedback, responsibilities and objectives, and to get to know our new team members.
There’s a great resource the People team wrote to help you get familiar with its features, and their support team is at the ready to answer any other questions you may have.
