Navigating People by Wagepoint

Check out some basics on how to navigate People by Wagepoint.

Soapbox - Kin Navigation Basics

Account Managers and HR Managers have three views in People by Wagepoint: the company view, employee view, and your personal profile view. All of the navigation sections are located down the left hand side of your screen. Click each one to expand (if applicable) or see those sections. 

The Company View
Upon logging into People by Wagepoint, you'll see the company view. This will allow you to manage your company's information in People by Wagepoint. From here, you can add/edit employees, manage files, create time-off policies, and view your company settings. Click each navigation item to see those sections.

Your Profile
To view your profile, click the arrow next to your company name. From the drop down, click your name. 

From your profile, you can edit your personal information, make time off requests, see your reviews, create and manage objectives, and view and complete your files. Click each item to navigate to that area of your profile.

Employee View
From the company or profile, you can click Employees to see the employee directory.

If you navigate to the directory from your profile, you will see your coworkers as all employee's would-- a biography and contact information. 

Switching to the company view as an HR Manager will allow you to see all profile details on your employees. This is where you will be able to edit profile details, see and upload files, see your employee's reviews, and create onboarding pages. 

Easily navigate to most-used features with the Global Create button

The plus sign in the top right hand corner of People by Wagepoint will help you to quickly do things in the system. 

As an employee, you can enter a time off request or create an objective.

As an HR Manager or Account Owner, from the Company View you're able to quickly add employees and company details, create reviews, time off policies and tasks, add files and tools.
