Your HR Manager is responsible for setting up a review in People by Wagepoint between you and a Manager. Once the review is set up, you'll receive an email to take steps to complete your review.

Here are the steps to take:

Once you receive an email that your review is set up, log into People by Wagepoint to continue. You'll also see your reviews as tasks when you log into People by Wagepoint

Click each task, or the Reviews navigation on the sidebar, and click the review you'd like to get started.

The review will open and you will see several pieces of information on the right hand side of your screen to take note of before you begin.

  • First, you'll see details regarding the review, such as when the review needs to be completed

  • You'll see the Manager who is conducting the review with you

  • Then, you'll see your information, like how long its been since your last review, your available time-off and your in-progress objectives

  • Take note of the instructions from your HR Manager

  • Finally, you'll see any files that need to be reviewed. Note that you can also attach files to the review.

Now, it's time to begin the review.

Answer the questions provided, and add comments on the answers if applicable. Need more time to think about your responses? You can save your review as a draft and come back to it at a later time by clicking Save as Draft. When you're satisfied with your answers, click Submit Feedback.

After submitting your feedback, your responses will no longer be editable. Your Manager will not see your feedback until they have also submitted their own. Then, both parties will see each others' feedback, and be able to comment on the feedback.

After you have both provided feedback, your Manager may have scheduled a time to meet one-on-one to discuss your review. Your Manager will then answer any follow up questions (if applicable) and sign off on the review. After that, you will be prompted to do the same.

Once your review is completed, you will be able to reference it at any time from the Reviews section of your profile.
