Note: If you're a new employee/People by Wagepoint user and you're having trouble logging in, please reach out to your HR Manager so they can send you a new one!
Sometimes users will need a new invitation and temporary password to sign into People by Wagepoint. An HR manager can resend an invitation to a user by following these easy steps:
Log into People by Wagepoint
Head to the Employees section
Click on the user who needs a new invitation
Select "Resend invite)" to trigger another invitation
Once the invite is resent, the user be able to create their People by Wagepoint account. Please note that they must use the most recent temporary password in order to login.
