You will be adding the Virtual Mail Group ID that is provided in your TryKintsugi platform. Below are instructions on how to retrieve that Virtual Mail Group ID:

Step 1: Login to your TryKintsugi account

Step 2: On the bottom left hand side of your screen you will see the tab named "Configuration". Click on that tab.

Step 3: Click on "KinstsugiMail" at the top of the screen

Step 4: You will see the Virtual Mail Group ID. You will need to copy and paste that ID into your state profile. Once that is done, Kintsugi will have the ability to receive two factor authentications moving forward.

Start by going to https://atap.arkansas.gov/_/ and inserting the login information. They will require a Username and Password.

After entering your login information, you'll receive a two-factor authentication code sent to the email or phone number on file.

Once you have logged into your account you will need to scroll to the top right and click on the Profile Icon.

Once you click on the Profile Icon, click on "My Profile".

You will need to go into the Security section and click on "Change Two-Step Settings".

You will then need to click "Add Email" in the Email section.

You will then be prompted to input a new email. This email will be the Virtual Mail Group ID from your Kintsugi platform in the KintsugiMail section of your configuration.

From there, authentication codes will be sent to that email when a login attempt is being completed moving forward.
