Log in to Shopify: Access your Shopify admin panel and go to the “Orders” section.

Export Orders: Click the “Export” button at the top-right corner of the Orders page.

Choose Export Options: In the export dialog, select whether to export all orders or a specific subset (e.g., orders within a certain date range).

Download the CSV file: Once the export is complete, download the CSV file and open it in a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Filter by State: Find the column labeled “Shipping Province” or “Billing Province” and apply the necessary filters to see orders from specific states.
