If you're looking for the updated password or credentials for a state account, follow the steps below.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into the Kintsugi app.
On the left-hand menu, click “Registrations.”
In the list of registered states, find the state you're looking for.
On the far right of the state row, click the three dots (•••) to open the options menu.
Select “Get Credentials.”
📧 You will receive an email with the updated login credentials for that state.
🛠️ Notes
If the password has recently changed, our Tax Ops team has already updated it in the system.
If you're not receiving the credentials email, double-check your spam folder or reach out to support for further assistance.
