What is the Kintsugi 2FA email?
You’ll be prompted to enter a specific Virtual Mail Group ID for 2FA setup. This will be visible in your Kintsugi platform under Configuration > Kintsugi Mail > Virtual Mail Group ID
Can I reuse the same browser session for multiple states?
Yes, just be sure to trust the browser during login to avoid being logged out between accounts.
I’m getting locked out of a state portal. What do I do?
Double-check your credentials. If you’re locked out, request a password reset from the state portal directly. If that fails, contact Kintsugi Support for help.
