Smarter Product Classification with Filters and Bulk Tools

Updated this week

Save time and reduce manual work with an improved interface that lets you filter products by status and categorize or approve them in bulk—all in just a few clicks.

What’s New

1. Filter Products by Status

You can now filter products by their status before making changes. This means you can choose to modify only products that are, for example:

  • Unapproved

  • Partially Approved

  • Approved

This feature provides you with enhanced control and focus when managing product categorization—eliminating the need for tedious manual/one-by-one selection of individual boxes.

2. Categorize and Approve in Bulk

You can now assign a category and subcategory to multiple at once—and approve them all in one step.

This feature saves you time by allowing batch actions, rather than steps for each individual product.

How to Use the New Features

Filter by Status

  1. Click the “Overview” button.

  2. Select the product classifications that need a category update from the list provided.
To update your selected product classification, just click the “Modify” button next to it.

  3. Tick the checkbox of the Product Status you choose to modify (e.g. only “Partially Unapproved”)

Assign the appropriate Category and Subcategory, then click “Save”.

  4. A pop-up message will appear to confirm that the changes are currently being processed.

Categorize & Approve Multiple Products

  1. On the Products page, check the boxes next to the products you want to update.
Selected products (those that are checked) are the items that will be categorized or classified accordingly.

  2. Click the “Categorize & Approve” button.

  3. Choose a Category and Subcategory.
Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu.

Then, select the appropriate subcategory from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click “Save” to simultaneously apply the changes to the selected products.

  5. A pop-up message will appear to confirm that the changes have been successfully applied.

These updates streamline your workflow and reduce manual steps—making product management more efficient and less error-prone.
