Integrating your Deel account to your Kintsugi AI enables seamless synchronization of team members’ data, such as hire dates, work locations, and employment types. This guide explains how to connect Deel to Kintsugi.


Connecting a New Deel Account

Follow these steps to integrate Deel with your Kintsugi organization:

  1. Log in to Kintsugi AI

  2. Browse Integrations

    1. Navigate to the 'Data Sources' page

    2. Click on 'Browse Integrations'

  3. Select Deel

    1. Locate the Deel integration card

    2. Click 'Connect' button

  4. Authorize Access

    1. Click 'Authorize' to grant permission for Deel integration.

    2. Confirm access by clicking 'Allow' on the pop-up.

  5. Confirmation

    1. Once authorized, you’ll be redirected to Kintsugi AI, where a confirmation message will appear.

    2. Deel will now be listed under the 'Manage Integrations' section on the 'Data Sources' tab.


Monitoring an Existing Integration

After setting up the Deel connection, it's essential to monitor its status:

  • Check Integration Status

    • Visit the 'Manage Integrations' section on the 'Data Sources' tab.

    • If the integration status shows 'Active', your team members’ data syncs in real time.

  • Deactivating the Integration

    • To disable the Deel integration, click on the three-dot button next to Deel.

    • Select 'Deactivate' to halt data synchronization.
