Connecting a new Shopify integration
Access the Kintsugi Account
Navigate to the Kintsugi Portal.
If you already have an account, log in using your username and password.
If you do not have an account, follow the prompts on the screen to sign up and create a new account.
Once logged in, you will be able to access the Kintsugi Dashboard.
Initiating the Shopify Integration
On the Dashboard, navigate to the Data Sources section.
Under the Data Source section, Click on Browse Integrations
Locate Shopify and click Connect.
On Kintsugi's Shopify app store page, click 'Install' to start the installation process.
5. Click 'Install' from your Shopify store to complete the installation.
Once successfully connected, you'll be redirected to your Kintsugi org, and your Shopify account will now be listed under the 'Manage Integrations' section on the 'Data Sources' page in Kintsugi.
Monitoring an Existing Integration
You can check if your integration is active in the 'Status' column of the 'Manage Integrations' section on the 'Data Sources' page. If your integration is 'Active,' the transactions will be synced real-time. You can check the 'Last Synced Date' column of the 'Manage Integrations' section to see when the last sync happened.
To deactivate an integration, click the 'Deactivate' button under the three dots menu corresponding to it.
