Polygons and triangle counts

We build all of our kits at a mid-poly count

Most buildings are between 30k-50k polygons. We try to limit the edge loops / subdivisions / bevels and keep our geometry clean to make it as easy as possible for artists to up rez or down rez. While we don't have low poly models, we've seen a lot of artists use our kits in real-time game engines successfully.
