If you are not able to load the site or get a loading/spinning icon, try the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Switch to a different internet browser such as Google Chrome.

2. Go to your account profile by entering this URL: https://app.kitforteams.com/app/account/details
3. Log out and back in
4. Clear cache and cookies (see attached image)
5. Restart your device
