I did not receive my passcode email or text

When logging in for the first time or on a new device, you'll need to verify via email or text so we know it's you. We do this by sending a randomly-generated code to the email or phone number you provided during account creation.

If you have not received your text or email, try a few things first:

For texts:

  • If you have "Message Filters" enabled, texts from unknown senders get filtered out of your regular text list. Check there if you haven't already. For more information on Message Filtering, read here.

For emails:

  • Check your spam or junk mail incase the email was filtered out of your inbox. The sender would be hello@kithandkin.app, so you may want to search for it specifically.

Sometimes, the services we use for delivering messages may undergo outages, so it's possible that the message just didn't go through. During a known outage, we'll do our best to put a note on our website to let folks know, but often these outages are quickly resolved. Because of this, feel free to give it another try after an hour or so!
