Kith + Kin is a secure and convenient place to store vaccine and immunization records so that you always have access to them wherever you are. Many people create a Notebook specifically for these documents and add them as Smart Items so they're easy to find.

1. Start by selecting the profile and creating a notebook or selecting an appropriate notebook if you already have one you'd like to use.

2. Tap Add Item and select Photo.

3. Name the item something so it's easy to find later (e.g. COVID Vaccination or MMR Vaccination)

4. Take or select a photo of the card or record you'd like to store.

5. Access the item any time in the notebook or the Info Tab of the Profile.
