Health is rarely a solo effort and more often it’s a team sport. Share your profile and profiles you own with others so you can collaborate and keep your circle informed.
There are two ways to share profiles in KinKeeper:
Share a Full Profile
The first way to share is by giving full profile access to other KinKeeper users. When giving full profile access, you can select from the permissions levels below:
- Editor: Can add, edit, and delete any information on the profile
- Contributor: Can only add new information and edit what they’ve added
- Viewer: Can only read information and cannot add or edit anything
To share a full profile:
- Tap the Sharing Settings from the top of the profile or from the (…) menu on the top right
- Tap Share Profile then select the permissions you’d like to give
- Indicate who you like to share with and provide a phone or email where we can send the invite (or select from the list of people you’ve already shared with)
- Tap Share Profile to send the invitation
- The person will receive instructions to accept the invitation and you’ll get a notification when they do!
- You can edit their access any time by coming back to the Sharing Settings and tapping on their name.
Share a Custom Access Link
If you only wish to share a limited amount of information or the recipient only needs temporary access, you can share a Custom Access Link. This method of sharing allows non-registered users the ability to view information from a secure web link you control.
To share a Custom Access Link:
- Tap the Sharing Settings from the top of the profile or from the (…) menu on the top right
- Tap Share Custom Access Link
- Indicate who you’d like to send the link to, when it should expire, and what info and topics you’d like to share
- Once you’ve made your selections, tap Share Access Link at the bottom of the drawer
- The person will receive instructions to view the information!
- You can edit or expire the link at any time by coming back to the Sharing Settings.
