1. Check Your Payment Method

For iOS (Apple App Store): Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping to check your payment method. Make sure it's valid and has sufficient funds.
For Android (Google Play Store): Open the Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods to verify or update your payment method.
✔ Try using a different payment method if the current one isn't working.

2. Verify Your Billing Information

✔ Ensure your billing details (name, address, and postal code) match those on file with your payment provider.
For iOS: Update billing details under Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping.
For Android: Go to Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods to update your billing information.

3. Check for Payment Restrictions

For iOS: If you see a "Payment Not Completed" message, your bank may have declined the transaction. Contact your bank to check for restrictions.
For Android: If you receive a "Transaction Declined" or similar error, your card issuer may be blocking the payment. Try another card or contact your bank.

4. Restart the App & Device

✔ Close and reopen the app to refresh the payment process.
✔ Restart your iPhone or Android device and try the purchase again.

5. Look for App Store or Google Play Issues

✔ Sometimes, Apple or Google servers may experience temporary issues.
✔ Check Apple's System Status here or Google Play's Status Page here to see if there are ongoing outages.

6. Contact Support

✔ If the issue persists, reach out to our support team with details about the error message, your device, and the payment method used.

✔ Our team will assist you in resolving the issue!
