This guide will help you identify, diagnose, and resolve common check-flow errors to ensure your KitLegit app runs efficiently

1. Understand Check-flow Errors

✔ Check-flow errors typically occur when the app encounters issues while processing a your images. These errors can stem from various sources, commonly grouped into following categories:

  • image file quality or content,

  • network issues, or

  • software bugs.

2. Common Symptoms of Check-flow Errors

Error Messages: Look out for specific error codes or messages indicating a check-flow issue.

Incomplete Image Processing: Some images may not be processed or analyzed correctly.

App Crashes: The app may crash or freeze during the image assessment process.

Slow Performance: The app may become sluggish or unresponsive.

3. Resolving Check-flow Errors

Image file quality and/or content: Our system is trained to identify and reject low quality files, although at times it may attempt to process a file with insufficient focus and/or lightning. The system is also trained to accept files containing only specific aspects of the merchandise imagery.

Solution: ensure the images are always in focus and have sufficient lighting and that your are taking images of the merchandise as instructed by the app.

Network Issues: Our system relies on processing high-quality images for authenticity determination. Transmitting this information requires stable Wi-Fi or Cellular Data connection

Solution: Improve your network connection. If possible, or move closer to a Wi-Fi router or access point.

Software bugs: We work constantly to improve our system and bring the best used experience to our customers, but there will be times when new bugs will be discovered and would need to be addressed.

Solution: Report the bug to the app's support team. Check for patches or updates that address the issue.
