What is a Size Recommender?
If you’re new to Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender, setting up an AI Size Recommender is one of the most powerful ways to improve customer confidence and reduce returns. This smart fit tool uses customer measurements, fit preferences, and product sizing data to automatically suggest the best size for each shopper based on either detailed body measurements or simple inputs like height and weight. By delivering personalized size recommendations, it helps Shopify apparel stores increase conversions and create a more confident shopping experience.
Follow the steps below to create your first size recommender:
Step 1: Create or Open a Size Chart
Open the Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender app from your Shopify admin.
Create a new size chart or choose an existing one you want to add a recommender to.
Step 2: Choose the Type of Size Recommender
On the right-hand side of the size chart editor, under “Size Recommender,” click “Create a size recommender.”
You’ll see a list of recommender types to choose from.

Step 3: Set Up the Recommender
Once you've selected a recommender type, click “Start now” to begin setup.
