How matching logic works: Match ANY vs Match ALL
When you set matching conditions, you choose one logic mode:
Match ANY: The product matches if it satisfies at least one of the conditions.
Match ALL: The product matches only if it satisfies every condition.
Example
You add two conditions:
Product tag =
TopProduct vendor =
Sizing store demo
Expected behavior:
With Match ANY, products with either condition are matched.
With Match ALL, only products that satisfy both conditions are matched.
Match charts by product
Open the target size chart in Kiwi.
Go to Matching Conditions.
Add a product-specific condition
Save the chart.
Open the target product page and confirm the chart appears.
Match charts by collection
Open the chart.
Add a collection condition.
Choose Match ANY or Match ALL based on your use case.
Save the chart.
Test one product inside the collection and one outside the collection.
Match charts by condition (tag, type, vendor)
Use this method when many products should share one chart.
Add one or more conditions:
Tag,Type,Vendor, or other supported product attributes.Choose logic mode:
Match ANYfor broad coverage.Match ALLfor strict filtering.
Save changes.
Validate with expected matches and expected non-matches.
How to verify the matching condition worked
Check one product that should match.
Check one product that should not match.
Confirm the chart is visible on the live storefront
If variants or swatches are used, switch variants and confirm the chart remains visible.
If multiple product templates exist, test each relevant template.
Why Matching May Not Work as Expected
If the wrong size chart appears:
Review chart priority settings and remove overlapping broad rules.
If your chart looks correct in Kiwi but not on the storefront:
Confirm the Kiwi app embed/theme extension is enabled on your active theme.
Recheck the product template where the chart should appear.
If only some products in a group show the chart:
Check tag/type/vendor values for spelling and consistency.
If you use Match ALL, confirm each product meets every condition.
If the chart appears on too many products:
Review broad Match ANY rules and tighten conditions.
Use Match ALL for stricter filtering.
FAQ
Why is my chart visible on some products but not others?
Usually, because matching rules do not include all target products, or because products fail at least one required condition when using Match ALL.
How do I confirm that collection matching is applied?
Test two products in that collection and one outside it. If both in-collection products show the chart and the outside product does not, collection matching is working.
What if matching looks correct, but the chart still does not show?
Move to theme-level checks: app embed/theme extension, template compatibility, and chart placement conflicts.
I have too many products and charts. How do I debug faster?
Start with narrow conditions (for example, vendor + type), test one known product, then expand carefully.
