If you haven't received credit for completing an offer from Bitlabs, please wait 72 hours as there might be a delay from the provider's end.
If 72 hours have passed, use the submit missing rewards to contact Bitlabs:
Go to the Quests section in Klink app, then select Bitlabs in the Ecosystem Partners, then tap the Menu button with three lines on the top left.
In the selection that appears, select "Reward History".
A list of games that you have played will appear. Select the ones with reward issues and select the "View Details" button.
In the page that will appear, tap the "Report a Problem" button and it will redirect you to the Bitlabs website to complete the report submission to their support.
