Introducing "Ask a Question"

Selected offers now have an "Ask a Question" button that lets you submit questions directly to our team.

How It Works

  1. View an offer that has the feature enabled

  2. Tap "Ask a Question" (you'll see it near the Common Questions section)

  3. Write your question clearly

  4. Submit and our team will review it

What Happens Next

  • Our team reviews your question

  • If it's helpful for other users, we'll add it to the Common Questions section

  • You might receive a direct response depending on the question

  • Other users benefit from your question!

Tips for Great Questions

βœ… Be specific: "How long to reach level 25?" vs "How long does this take?"
βœ… Check existing questions first
βœ… Ask about the offer requirements
βœ… Include relevant details
