By default, you can only connect one email inbox per Klipy account. This is because Klipy learns from your email patterns to better understand your business, customers, and your sales processes.
You have two options to handle multiple email accounts:
1. Create additional Klipy accounts
- Sign up for a new Klipy account for each additional inbox
- Connect one email inbox per account
- Each account requires a separate subscription
2. Set up email forwarding
- Forward emails from secondary accounts to your main inbox
- Connect your main inbox to Klipy

If you purchased Tier 2 or higher through AppSumo, different limits apply:
For example - Tier 2 allows you to invite up to 10 teammates and connect up to 3 inboxes across the whole team.
Out of these 10 teammates, 3 can connect their sales email inboxes
Each teammate can connect up to 1 email inbox.
Your lifetime deal applies to your entire organization
This enables collaboration between sales teams and administrative staff within a single Klipy workspace
For example, you can have 10 people in your Klipy workspace, with 3 sales team members connecting their email inboxes while the remaining team members can access and collaborate on the shared data.
