Your Agency Account is divided into essential sections that cover financial data, team management, creator tools and account settings. The overview below walks through each part of the interface to help you navigate your account with ease.
Finance
The Finance tab displays all essential financial information for your agency.
At the top, you’ll see your Total Balance, along with the options to Transfer funds or access your MassPay account.
Below the total, the balance is broken into:
Pending – funds currently on a two-week hold
Available – funds past the hold and ready for payout
MassPay – funds already transferred to your MassPay account
Under the balance section, you’ll find a full list of all transactions from every creator under your agency.
Each transaction displays:
• Transaction type
• Payment method
• Agency share
• Creator name
• Purchaser
• Completion status
Roles & Permissions
This tab allows you to structure and control your internal team hierarchy.
You can:
• Create new roles
• Assign specific permissions to each role
• View which employees belong to each role
• Edit permissions at any time
Permissions include access to Messaging, Vault, Channels, Story, Post, Service, Event, Live, and more.
This page ensures your team has the exact access they need - no more, no less.
Creators
The Creators tab shows all creators currently managed by your agency.
It contains two sub-tabs:
Active – creators who have already accepted the agency collaboration
Pending – creators who were invited but haven’t accepted yet or are awaiting modification approval
For each creator, you can view:
• Display name and username
• Profile photo and online status
• Start subscription price
• Content counters
• Assigned employees
From here, you can:
• Manage the creator's account using the “Act as Creator” feature
• Access messages, content, and the creator’s full dashboard
• Add or remove employees assigned to work with the creator
• Invite new creators or add creators manually
Employees
In the Employees section, you will find a complete list of all team members connected to your agency.
Here you can:
• Create new employee accounts
• Assign roles
• Update names or access levels
• View which creators each employee is working with
• Deactivate or delete employee accounts
Each employee profile shows whether they are currently online and which creators they’re assigned to.
Messages
The Messages tab allows your team to handle all chats for every creator.
The left panel displays all creators.
When you select a creator, the center panel displays the fan inbox for that specific model.
You can use this page to:
• View message history
• Reply to the fans
This section enables your agency to manage communication efficiently and professionally.
Employees Performance (Analytics)
This section displays analytics for your employees’ activity and earnings.
You can track:
• Total employees
• Total transactions
• Total revenue generated
• Breakdown of all purchase types (tips, subscriptions, renewals, locked media, etc.)
• Individual employee performance metrics
The employee table shows:
• Role
• Percentage of total earnings
• Total earnings generated
• Number of creators each employee works with
Clicking > provides deeper insights into the transaction types that contributed to earnings.
My Account
The My Account page contains all account information related to your agency profile, including:
• Agency name
• Contact name
• Email
• Phone number
• Country and location
• Account type
You can update most of these details directly by selecting Edit Information.
Security
This tab allows you to manage security settings for your agency account.
Here you can:
• View all active login sessions across different devices
• Log out from any session remotely
• Change your password
This ensures your agency account remains secure and protected at all times.
Support
Clicking the Support tab opens the support chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your Admin Panel.
