How to enable Printing From Browser for your users

Printing from Browser to allow users to quickly print to any printer, including print to PDF.

If your organization was registered after 8/30/24, this option is enabled by default.

An administrator can manage this option for all users with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click on Intake Download.

  3. Scroll down.

    1. To enable - check the box for Enable Printing from Browser

    2. To disable - uncheck the box for Enable Printing from Browser.

  4. Save Changes.


When enabled, users see the following print button in their message preview toolbar:
