Step 1: Create a Zap

Step 2: Select Trigger

Step 3: Select Webhooks by Zapier

Step 4: Select “Catch Hook” as the event

Select Continue

Step 5: Leave ‘Child Key’ blank. Select Continue.

Step 6: Copy the webhook URL

Open Knock2 Webhooks Settings Page

https://knock2-dashboard.web.app/settings/webhooks

Choose Company Feed, Prospect Feed, or People Feed based on which data you would like to access. Paste into Webhook URL.

Step 7: Click “Test Webhook” in Knock2

Step 8: Click Test Trigger In Zapier

Step 9: Confirm Zapier test was successful. It should look similar to the below (depending on which webhook Company, Prospect, People)

Select "Continue with selected record"

Step 10: Select your action: (The below example continue for Slack, you may select any action)

Select Event:

Select "Send Channel Message". Click "Continue".

Customize your Message. When finished, click Done. Click Test Step to test. Don't forget to click publish!
