Campaigns Overview

Campaigns automatically compose personalized emails to your Knock2 prospects.

Campaign Stages

Campaigns have 5 stages: Approval Required, In Progress, Replied, Finished, and All

Approval Required: emails require approval to send. Emails can be edited in this stage.

In Progress: email sequence has begun. Only emails that have not been sent can be edited in this stage. For example, if only Email 1 has been sent, Emails 4-5 can still be edited.

Replied: recipient has replied. See responses directly in your Google or Outlook inbox.

Finished: sequence has ended. Either all emails have been sent, an email has been replied to, or a prospect has been manually removed from the sequence.

All: all prospects and emails in a sequence for easy search

Campaign Settings

Updating your Campaign settings (see below) will not apply to emails that have already been written. It will only apply to future prospects added to the Campaign.

Sending Hours

Currently, scheduled emails will only be sent between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm of your timezone. If you approve the first email outside of sending hours, it will be sent immediately.

Prospect Card

The prospect card includes the Prospect Name, the Date and time they were added to the campaign, and the Title and Company they work at.

Email Settings

The email subject and body can be edited. There are four options for each email: Skip, Reset, Save, Approve.

Skip: remove prospect from campaign

Reset: reset unsaved changes to all 5 emails

Save: saves any edits you make

Approve: saves & starts the email sequence.

Email Validation

All Campaign emails are validated prior to being enrolled.
