How to Search for a Contact by Name

There are two quick ways to find a specific contact in your Contacts tab.

Option 1: Use the Search Bar

  1. Open your Contacts tab.

  2. Look at the top-right corner and locate the Search bar.

  3. Remember — this search only applies to the contacts currently displayed in your view.

    • By default, Knock2 shows contacts from the last 30 days and only the first 25 rows.

  4. To expand your search results:

    • Change the Rows per page to 500 (bottom-right corner).

    • Add a quick filter (optional) — for example:
ICP Score > 50 to narrow down results to qualified leads.

  5. Now, type a name (e.g. Tina) into the search bar — the contact will appear instantly.

Tip: Expanding rows + adding a filter helps Knock2 search across more contacts faster.

Option 2: Use a Filter by Name

If you’d like to search across all results, not just the visible rows:

  1. Click Filters in the top bar.

  2. Add a filter where:
Name → contains → [Contact Name]

  3. Knock2 will now show every contact matching that name

    1. You may need to adjust your date settings, if looking for a contact >30 days old
