When filtering your contacts, you can use the “exclude personal emails” option in the Business Email column to remove the most common personal email domains from your view.

This is helpful when you only want to see business or work-related emails and hide personal addresses like Gmail or Yahoo that aren’t useful for B2B outreach.

💡 How It Works

When this filter is active, Knock2 automatically excludes contacts with email addresses from common personal domains, such as:

@gmail.com

@yahoo.com

@outlook.com

@hotmail.com

@aol.com

@icloud.com

@protonmail.com

@mail.com

@live.com

@me.com

@msn.com

✅ Example

If a contact’s email is johnsmith@gmail.com, it will be filtered out.
If it’s john@companyname.com, it will remain visible.

🔍 Where to Find It

  1. Go to your Contacts tab

  2. Click Add Filter.

  3. Choose Business Email → exclude personal emails.

  4. Click Save to apply.

This filter helps you focus on verified business contacts—so your outreach stays relevant and professional.
