The Accounts tab in Knock2 gives you a complete view of your website visitors at the account (company) level, including firmographic data, lead scoring, filtering, and export tools.

This article walks through everything you can do inside the Accounts tab.

What You See in the Accounts Tab

The Accounts tab shows:

  • All identified website visitors at the company level

  • Nested contacts under each account when individuals are identified

  • Key firmographic data such as company size, revenue, industry, and location

  • Each account’s Lead Score

To view contacts under an account, simply click the expand arrow on any account row.

Customizing Your Columns

You can fully customize which columns are visible and how they appear:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the table

  2. Select Columns

  3. From here you can:

    • Drag and drop columns to reorder them

    • Hide or show columns

    • Resize columns

✅ Column settings are saved per user, so your layout will not affect teammates.

Filtering Accounts

You can apply filters across any visible column in the Accounts table to narrow down your results.

Examples include:

  • Showing only accounts with an Lead Score of 50 or higher

  • Filtering for accounts where a LinkedIn company URL exists

  • Viewing only accounts with annual revenue between $10M and $100M

You can:

  • Create new filters

  • Rename filters

  • Edit existing filters

  • Delete filters

  • Save filters for repeat use

All filter controls are accessible directly from the Accounts table.

Adjusting Lead Score and Re-Scoring Accounts

If you update your Lead Score criteria and want to re-score existing leads:

  1. Select the accounts you want to update

  2. Click Score

Knock2 will immediately re-calculate and update the scores for the selected accounts.

Exporting Accounts

You can export your Accounts data directly from the platform.

Export options include:

  • Export all accounts for the selected date range

  • Export a specific selection of accounts using the row selectors

  • Export based on search results

This makes it easy to share data with your team or use it in downstream workflows.
