Settings in Knock2 is where you manage your personal profile, company setup, teammates, integrations, Slack notifications, webhooks, website agent, usage, and system resources.

How to Access Settings
Click the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-left corner of the main navigation
The Settings panel will open with multiple configuration sections
Profile Settings
Your Profile controls your personal user configuration, including:
Contact details
Time zone
Connected Slack account
Slack Personalization
When your Slack account is connected:
You will be automatically tagged in Slack when you are the:
Account owner
Deal owner
Company owner
Opportunity owner (depending on your CRM)
Account Settings
The Account section controls your company-level configuration, including:
Company name
Company category
Company description
Teammate Management
This is also where you manage your team:
Add new teammates
Edit existing teammates
Resend invites
Manage permissions
Script
The Script section provides your unique Knock2 JavaScript snippet.
This script is used to install Knock2 on your website. You can copy and share this script directly with your developer or marketing team.
Integrations
The Integrations section is where you connect Knock2 to your external tools, including:
HubSpot
Salesforce
Sales engagement platforms
Slack Settings
The Slack section controls how alerts are delivered to Slack.
You can:
Select which Slack channels receive alerts
Toggle between Accounts and Contacts notifications
Each user can configure their own Slack channel preferences.
Alert Logic
Contact alerts fire when exact people are identified
Account alerts only fire when no exact contact match exists
This prevents duplicate alerts while still capturing full coverage.
Webhooks
The Webhooks section allows you to:
Create webhooks
Edit webhook destinations
Webhooks allow you to route Knock2 data into custom systems or automation tools.
Website Agent
The Website Agent is Knock2’s AI-powered website chat application.
From this section, you can manage:
Agent behavior
Response logic
AI chat configuration
Knowledge Base for Website Agent
The Knowledge Base powers your Website Agent’s responses.
Here you can store:

Core product and service details

Key website content
This allows the AI agent to respond accurately to visitor questions.
Usage
The Usage section shows your:
Monthly credit consumption
Account identification volume
Contact identification volume
Top-up usage if applicable
This helps you track usage in real time across your billing cycle.
