What's New in Knock2 — January 2026

Your monthly roundup of everything we shipped. January was all about one thing: getting you from identified visitor to worked opportunity faster, with data you can actually trust.

Instant Enrichment

No more re-running records through external tools or waiting on batch jobs. You can now re-enrich any contact with a single click, or automate it entirely via Workflows.

How it works: Click the re-enrich button on any contact record to pull the latest data immediately. Or add an enrichment step to any Workflow so new and existing records stay current automatically as accounts evolve.

Why it matters: Contact data decays fast — people change roles, companies grow, phone numbers go stale. Instant enrichment means your reps are always working with current data, not whatever was captured the day someone first hit your site.

Last Mile Email Validation

Validate emails right before outreach — not too early (when the data might change), and not after you've already bounced.

How it works: You can validate emails two ways:

  1. One click from any contact record in the dashboard.

  2. As a built-in step in your Workflows, so validation happens automatically before emails are sent.

Why it matters: Bounced emails hurt your sender reputation and your reply rates. Validating at the last possible moment — right before outreach — gives you the highest confidence that the email will actually land. This is especially important if you're running automated sequences where a bad email can quietly damage your domain over time.

Contact & Account Drawers

Click into any row in your contacts or accounts table to open a detailed side panel showing the full visitor journey.

What you'll see:

  • Contact-level identification details (name, title, company, email, phone)

  • Account-level information (industry, employee count, revenue)

  • Page visits and session history — which pages they viewed, how many times, and when

  • Timeline of all activity associated with that contact or account

Why it matters: This is the context your reps need before they pick up the phone. Instead of switching between tabs or digging through your CRM, everything is right there — who they are, what company they're from, and exactly what they looked at on your site.

LinkedIn Refresh

Prospects change roles all the time. When they do, you can now paste their updated LinkedIn URL and Knock2 handles the rest — pulling in their new title, company, and contact details automatically.

How it works: Open any contact record, paste the new LinkedIn URL into the LinkedIn field, and Knock2 re-enriches the record with the updated information.

Why it matters: A stale record is a wasted touchpoint. If someone moved from a non-ICP company to a perfect-fit account, you want to know — and you want the updated data without manually re-entering everything.

Filter, Search & CRM Updates

A handful of quality-of-life improvements that make the dashboard faster to navigate and easier to keep in sync with your CRM.

What's new:

  • Multi-select filters — apply multiple filter values at once instead of one at a time.

  • Expanded search — search now covers more fields so you can find records faster.

  • One-click CRM record refresh — push updated Knock2 data to your CRM record without leaving the dashboard.

Why it matters: These are the small things that add up. Less time cleaning up data, less time hunting for records, more time actually selling.

Streamlined Automation Setup

We overhauled the configuration experience for Workflows, Slack notifications, and Webhooks. Setup now takes minutes.

What changed:

  • Simplified Workflow builder with clearer step-by-step configuration

  • Slack integration setup reduced to a few clicks

  • Webhook configuration with better testing and validation tools

Why it matters: The faster you're set up, the faster you're getting value. Automation shouldn't require a meeting to configure — now it doesn't.
